CardCall Australia is celebrating 10 years, and has introduced a promotion specifically for the retailer, as a way of rewarding the phone card retailer for supporting them and contributing to their calling card business success.
For every $50 in sales over $250 (per month) of CardCall phonecards, during September, October and November, recieve 1 entry into the draw. The more sales you make, the more chances you have of winning!
To be in the draw to win one of cardcall fantastic prizes, all you have to do is display cardcall phone cards quality POS to attract customers, and make sure you sell CardCall phonecards (valid cards for this promotion listed in terms and conditions).
This promotion runs until November 30th. Prizes will be drawn December 18th, 2006 and winners will be notified by phone.
Term and conditions for cardcall Australia promotion:
1. Entry instructions form part of these conditions. Any entry not complying with these terms and conditions is invalid.
2. Promotion commences 12.00am 1/09/06. Promotion finishes 11.59pm 31/12/06.
3. For every $50 in sales above $250 (per month) of CardCall phonecards during the months of September, October and November, you will receive 1 entry into the draw. Entries are only based on the sales of Daybreak, Happy Calling, gotalk, Ratesaver, OZcall, Supersaver, Shout, Sariling Atin, Boomerang, INtouch, Price Buster, Its Green, Talk Tomato and Oasis phonecards and / or vouchers.
4. Monthly sales figures exclude the sales of any other CardCall promotional offered during the time of the promotion.
5. There is no limit to the number of entries per retail store as this is determined by sales. Monthly sales will be rounded down to the nearest $50 and number of entries will be calculated from this number.
6. Prizes: The prizes consist of 5 new Nokia mobile phones bundled with gotalk $30 pre-paid mobile starter kits and 5 new Laptops bundled with gotalk internet. Total prize pool is $10,294 (subject to pricing at time of draw).7. Prizes will be drawn on 18th December, 2006 at 183 Varsity Parade, Varsity Lakes, Queensland 4227.
8. Winners will be notified by phone & name, store name and location will appear on the CardCall website www.cardcall.com.au
9. To the extent permitted by law, the promoter, its employees and agents shall not be liable for any claims, losses, damages, injuries, costs and expenses suffered sustained or incurred (including but not limited to indirect or consequential) as a result of, or arising out of, or in any way connected with this promotion and/or its prizes.
10. Subject, where relevant, to any directions given under the legislation regulating this promotion, if a prize is unclaimed within a 3 month period, the prize will be redrawn on 19th March, 2007, 3 months after original draw.
11. Entrant personal information (“PI”) will be collected to enable the promoter to administer and promote this competition and its winners. The promoter will not pass your PI onto any third party but the promoter may use your details for marketing and research purposes.
Entrants may contact the promoter at the address given below to request access to any of their collected personal information that is still held. If an entrant does not truthfully provide all requested personal information, the promoter may determine that they are not eligible to win a prize. Entrants must have a street address to accept delivery by courier.
